Natural Meal Ideas

Natural Eating : 1   2   3   4   5

Natural meals are easy to prepare, often quite portable, and always delicious, since they are based on our natural human patterns of living and eating.

It takes just a bit of practice and planning, and perhaps a certain amount of unlearning, for most of us to develop a new, more natural, and far healthier orientation toward food and our diet. Below are several natural meal ideas to help you, and your friends and family, get started on the HumanaNatura diet.

We would encourage you to make use of the natural foods around you as much as possible, buying foods that are in season and fresh, and growing or gathering as much of your food as possible.

As mentioned before, you may wish to read the article Perfect Salad Meals in the article library of the HumanaNatura website, for additional perspective and guidance on optimal Natural Eating. You can also visit and subscribe to HumanaNatura’s blog, NaturaLife, for meal ideas and healthy inspiration, via the link at the top of our website.
